Experienced Cabinet Painter/Finisher Wanted

$25–$35/HOUR • FULL-TIME • MONDAY–FRIDAY • BENEFITS

A San Diego-based cabinet company is seeking an individual with professional experience in staining and finishing wood cabinets for a long-term, full-time position.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL OR TRAINING POSITION. We are looking for someone who already has professional experience working with natural wood, stains, and cabinet finishes, and who can work independently.

Must have experience with:

• Stains and finishes for natural wood
• Creating custom colors
• Color matching
• Mixing and adjusting stains
• Glazes and specialty finishes
• Different wood types and how they react to stain
• Producing high-quality, uniform finishes

A COLOR-MATCHING TEST WILL BE CONDUCTED AS PART OF THE INTERVIEW.

This position is NOT for house painters or general laborers/handymen. We are specifically looking for someone with professional experience in cabinet or wood finishing.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill
Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) plan, and more
Language: Bilingual is a plus, but Spanish-only speakers are welcome.
